town and country dump.. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   i have lived here since 12/06. they never did a walk thru with us. have had numerous problems. water heater broke, carpet ruined as a result of this. front door does not close right. yes, they do not care!!! the grounds are nasty..no grass. no one seems to pick the trash up ever!!!! they have cheap labor to do the work. loud parties...beer bottles strewn everywhere for young children to get hurt on.shall i continue'' review; DON'T MOVE THERE!!!!!!!!LAUNDRY ROOM SUCKS!!!!! THEY DO NOT REFUND $$$$ ON MACHINES, AND THERE IS A NOTICE POSTED ON OFFICE DOOR.
