We've been here just over six months now and love it. The office staff is very friendly and attentive and always willing to help out. Maintenance has been great. They are almost always here the same day. The floorplans are big and open, and the extra little touches such as the cabinets, countertops, huge tubs, huge closets (I could go on and on), make all the difference in the world. It's a new, very attractive property. Very well maintained. Nearby just about anything you could want or need. Only a few miles from Citrus Park Mall (which is a downfall if you ask my husband!) One of our commutes is an hour one way, but we still don't want to move! The only problem we see thus far is the visitor access. The key-card gate system is great, but visitors who don't or can't get through to their party thru the visitor key pad just follow us residents in. Makes the gate obsolete. Otherwise, we would highly recommend!! :)
