Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
- WATER WATER WATER! SMELLS AWFUL CONSTANTLY! SMELLS LIKE ROTTEN EGGS. MGT SAYS TO RUN IT AND IT WILL GO AWAY. I HAVE RUN ALL SINKS AND TUBS SIMULTANEOUSLY FOR 1 HOUR AND STILL THERE WAS BAD SMELL. I HATE IT! ! !
- WALLS ARE THIN
- PAINT COMES OFF W/ A WET WIPE
- CARS SIT AT THE GATE WAITING FOR SOMEONE WITH A PASS TO OPEN IT, SO THEY MAY PASS (NOT SAFE).
- HEAR EVERY NOISE OUTSIDE : IF YOU MOVE IN, DON'T CHOOSE A SIDE ATTACHED OR ACROSS FROM STAIRS... YOU HEAR EVERY STEP.
LOOK CLOSE BY, BUT DONT GO TO THIS ONE.
