I have lived at Tuscany Bay since it was first built and have had only pleasant experiences. The office staff is always friendly and helpful and maintenance is there within 24 hours of any request. Other comments say the gate is always broken - not true! If it is broken it's generally fixed that day (except when it got hit). I've lived at 3 other gated communities and this gate works better than all of them. And paint wiping off the walls with a wet rag...that happens EVERYWHERE - try it out! As for walls being thin - that depends on your neighbors, and besides it's an apartment for God sakes - buy a house if you're that anal.
