Wow, talk about a nightmare. One person has already mentioned the water, but allow me to reiterate: it stinks! I don't know what could be wrong with it (probably the pipes), but the water truly does smell. Yes, the walls are horribly thin. I know that you hear that about any place, but imagine having to listen to a couple of rednecks yell and scream about who's cigarette burnt the coffee table. And then the noisy make-up sex that follows.

The management. It is truly appalling to see how two-faced and superficial they can be. They definitely play favorites with the residents, and I even think they orchestrate arguments sometimes (but that's just my hunch, no real proof). The manager herself is a raving -----. No, not quite strong enough. How about a word that starts with a "c" and rhymes with ----. I don't believe I have ever met a more arrogant person with such a limited amount of intelligence.

If the overall quality of both the area and the apartment does not dissuade you from leasing here, please heed the warnings about management. Unless somehow, miraculously, you wind up on their good side, expect a year of hell. It's almost like they take joy in torturing those residents that pay their rent on-time and don't ask for much more than a decent, livable apartment. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
