This is by far the worst living experience my family and I have ever dealt with. The water smells, front gate is always broken and management is confrontational, rude and judgemental. We have lived here for a year and the gate has been broken numerous times. I estimate all together that the gate has not worked for 6 weeks or better. Even worse then the constant state of gate disrepair, is the property staff. We were threatened with police when our child along with a group of other kids had a water balloon fight. Yes a water balloon fight! We were told that if my kid didn't cleanup the broken balloons in the next ten minutes the police would be called. That threat came before they even asked us to clean it up. They complained that water in balloons stained the bulding. The last time I checked rain can cause a building to get water all over it. My kid was chased away from playing catch with his friends and at this point of our lease we won't even let him play on the grounds. We would not even consider signing another lease even if they gave us 3 months free rent. If you are considering an apartment here and you have children do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Yes the property is attractive and the ammenities are good, but what you'll experience from management will force you not to utilize the ammenities as it has with my family. This is only the tip of the iceberg we have so much more to tell and little room to list all of our bad experiences.
