We have lived here for almost a year and the office staff was great in the begining, until the management changed. Now the apartments seem to have gone to pure crap.There is no carwash area just a hose, and the grounds smell like wet dog most of the time. We cannot stress how thin the walls are, you can literally hear everyones conversation as if they wew in our apartment. Other than that the grounds are nice and neat, and there are tons of children everywhere. We personally would not reconsider signing another lease b/c what you pay in rent you could afford a home. Also, they say it is a gated community, but the gates are always broken and can take months to fix.
