Tuscany Bay is the best apartment community in the West Chase area. I have lived here for the past 6 months. ....unbelievable customer service.
The new management team in the office is friendly, helpful and extremely professional. They definitely go above and beyond the call of duty. The apartments are spacious, and tons of amenities! 24 hour Pool and gym! LOVE IT! After reading the other reviews written...I strongly disagree! First of all, if any apartment community tells you that you can't hear your neighbors they are lying..think about it...your in a building with 15 other apartments...and about the water...that happens with every single aparmtent community in florida! Just run your faucet for a minute..it quickly goes away. It's a shame only the ones that complain are contributing to the low rating of this property... It's the best in the area!
