I have lived at Tuscany Bay for the past 2 years, and after the new management came in 2 months ago...what a difference! The staff is extremely professional, personable, and sincere! The water balloon incident I read was very entertaining. If parents would control their children, the staff would not have to step in. The staff enforces the no children under 16 allowed with out adult...thank god! There are some of us who like to lay out at the pool with out a bunch of screaming kids running around. It's called being curtious to your neighbors!!!Control your kids! and the gates...well if any one has ever lived in a gated community, you should know that it's the resident's that break the gate..they run right into it! no patients! smart management team..they just added spikes to the front gate...run the gate..ruin your car! Awesome community...walking trails, BBQ area with gas grills by the pool, playground, and fenced in area for all the dogs to play while I chat with my neighbors! I love it here!
