First Of all, I would like to say that the Management at Tuscany Bay are very PHONEY! They will tell you only what you wanna hear to get into the 12 - 14 month lease. Once your locked in, that's it! Ever since the property mangement has changed, it's been a God Damn Nightmare! The gates in this dump are always broken. I have lived here 1 year and the gates have been broken at least 8 months out of the year! And this is a gated community! ( Yeah My Ass ) I read a review about someone saying it was the residents breaking the gates! I totally disagree, Its the NON RESIDENTS who try to enter the property.The walls are super thin and can hear your neighbors having sex! The property always smells like dog ----! The breeze ways are always dirty,stained,cig butts,beer bottles,people smoking...(and i dont mean Cigarettes),garbage.I walked into my breeze way and stepped in dog ----! And It got all over my carpet!This place really sucks a big ass! The maintenance staff are so damm rude. It takes them 4 days to fix anything.Furthermore,the office staff is a bunch of young uneducated airheads!Dogs are never on a leash,there is a Florida Leash Law ya know!The pool is always noisy at night when I try to sleep. (People do have to work you know)Especially when you have to work to pay the outragous amount of money for rent,in this so called luxery gated community.Even some of the residents are TRAILER TRASH, I'd swear I lived in SECTION 8 / Hud Housing! Just Run While ya Can... To much more to say!!!!!!!
