We have been living here for 8 months now. We chose this place because in general we really liked the floor plans. However we strongly advise you to look around some more because the cons outweigh the pros.

Pros:
1) They have more interesting floor plans than other places (which includes a decent sized kitchen and good closet space).
2) The outside of the buildings are attractive.
3) It's convenient to the expressway, and shopping.
4) In general it is quiet.
5) The workout place is decent.
6) The office staff is very nice, especially Summer.
7) The maintenance staff is very friendly and competent. They usually come within a day (if you go by the office personally).

Cons:
1) The gate rarely works.
2) Security is non existent (TV's were stolen).
3) There are some VERY SHADY people living here.
5) People in general are not friendly (greetings and smiles are rarely returned).
6) There are a lot of dog owners here and I've never seen anyone pick up the poop. Therefore it really smells like it everywhere.
7) The appliances and fixtures in the apartments are terrible.We've had to have maintenance come out at least twice for our garbage disposel, three times for the sinks, our toilet doesn't and has never worked properly.
8) If you live towards the parking lot expect people to slam their doors and beeping car alarms at any hour of the night.
9) They said last August that they would put in a car wash, but still nothing has happened.
10) Office staff does not return phone calls or voice messages. (But usually if you go in person, it's ok).
11) No overhead lights in the bedrooms. We had to install our own.
12) Inadequate lighting on the outside of apartment!!!! Lock is hard to see because there are no lights.
13) Recently we have had a waterleak outside our door. Noone has fixed it so far.
14) Everytime I wanted to use the business center, the fax was not on, the printer not working or both of them out of paper.
15) Mailboxes are not too conveniently placed.

If you do decide to move in here, try dealing just with Summer, she's the only one who really cares. Danylin was all charms before we signed and then never said hi again.
