I have never lived at such an apartment complex with dirty groundskeeping, gate never working and when you drive through and see someone from the staff, they do not acknowledge you. A wave would be nice. I was walking my dog and for 3 days there was a condom wrapper in the grass. 3 DAYS! I cannot wait until my lease is up. Oh, and they want to charge you if you leave your garbage can out past 9am, why don't you deduct money off our rent for the gates not working, EVER! Another time I was walking my dog, there was a solicitor at the mailbox posting his info. I would not reccommend Tuscany Bay a great place to live. Especially for West Chase. It is the ghetto of West Chase.
