I love the floorplan and apartment I live in...very modern, new, with large garden tubs...LOVE IT!...couldn't find it anywhere else in Tampa when I was looking...unfortunately, in the past 4 months I went from having no kids in my building, to nothing but, along with parents and neighbors who are fighting with each other outside for everyone to hear...one bad bunch and the place goes to crap...parking can be a problem, especially at night...lawn is well kept and place is maintained to a point, better than where i've lived before, but i've had a broken light on the outside of my building the entire time I've lived here and it still isn't fixed...the building next door has had a broken outside light sitting on the ground for a couple months now, don't know if it's fixed yet...valet garbage is a great new thing they just added...it's gated, but the gate hasn't worked in months...it's hit and miss here, like anywhere else....i'd still recommend it!!!
