I would definitely recommend living at Tuscany Bay. Located in the beautiful, well-groomed neighborhood of Westchase, Tuscany Bay is a community with alot of perks. I lived in the larger 2 bedroom/2 bathroom model. I loved it...in particular, the huge garden tubs and the washer/dryer that are included both seem to be amenities that are hard to come by. It's a very safe community. I have a dog that I felt comfortable taking out anytime, day or night, as the parking lot was well-lit. There is also a fenced-in area to let your dog run around. The amount of parking spots is definitely reasonable. The only time that I had a problem finding a spot was late at night but, there WAS a spot...just a little further than I would normally park. As I said, though, since I felt completely safe, it wasn't a big deal. I think we only had one or two minor maintenance-related issues while living there. Unfortunately, I have since left Tuscany Bay. My roommate moved out and affordability became an issue. The fact that it's a little pricy is probably one of the only drawbacks. However, if you can afford living here, it is well worth it. Even when I had looked into moving into a one-bedroom and realized that it was not an option, the assistant manager was actually trying to assist me with finding another place to live. She was so nice and even gave me the name & number of a "contact" of hers that she thought may also be able to help me out. I also want to mention that we received a GREAT special when we moved in. The 24-hour gym and pool are added bonuses. The noise level is minimal and the "quality" of residents is top notch. I had a very pleasant experience throughout my entire time at Tuscany Bay and would surely recommend these apartments to others.

apparentlty you are used to living in a dirty sh**hole...either that or you are the manager or a staff member that is trying to cover up all of the issues. WHATever.. I live here and HATE IT....these are all lies that you have told.

Overit2005 needs to learn to read the 1st review she states that she couldn't afford a 1bedroom. I don't think someone that works there would hint that one bedrooms are pricey. Just a thought!
