I WOULD NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I HAVE NEVER LIVED IN AN APT WITH WALLS SO THIN I CAN HEAR SOMEONE SNEEZE IN THE BATHROOM ABOVE ME. I HAVE NEVER LIVED IN AN APT WHERE IT TAKES OVER A MONTH TO GET AN ICEMAKER FIXED. BUT MOSTLY I HAVE NEVER LIVED IN AN APT WHERE THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA RENT TO LIVE IN A "GATED COMMUNITY" BUT THE GATE RARELY WORKS. THE STAFF IS LESS THAN FRIENDLY TO SAY THE LEAST. THANKFULLY MY LEASE IS UP IN TWO MONTHS & I AM BUYING A HOUSE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TUSCANY BAY TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR CO-WORKER.
