When i moved in the place was Westchase-esque
now its slowly turning into Detriot-esque.

Cons:
The gates never work, you always have kids leaving their bikes all over the place(one was actually blocking the staircase the other day, so it found a new home somewhere on the lawn)The ever present stench of dog-crap is herendous. People need to pick up after their pets or lose the privlidge. The gym is always running rampard with underage kids running on the treadmill, and last week actually saw a kid get out of the jacuzzi(under 15 y/o) and go into the workout room dripping and hop on the treadmill. I actually told him to dry off and come back. The bathrooms are filthy and a wreck. The maintainence if you are lucky will return a page if you are lucky!!!(when they do its fixed promptly.

Pros: They are cleaning the place up, how long it takes may be a different story.

If management reads this....seriously, i pay nearly $1200 a month to live in Westchase, yet you must have let your application standards decline. sure people can pay rent if there are 3-4 people living there, do your homework on your applicants...Another writer had it dead on, this place is getting ghetto. Enforce the pet rules!!!!
