When looking to move into this apartment we were told that a garage could be included in the price of the rent by our leasing agent. I guess we should have been suspicious when she took the manager's business card, crossed the manager's name out and wrote her own name on it. She told us if we wanted the deal to come back the next day Sunday, to meet with her even though the leasing office is normally closed. When going through the application process we found that she was never available and lied about the steps she was taking to process our application. We finally had to work with another lady in the office. It was at this point we found out we could not have the gararge for free and would have to pay additional monies to move in on top of the $200 we had already paid.
At that point the manager got involved and she was very nasty and unprofessional. She had no tact at all. We put our foot down and decided not to move here. Don't waste your time or money. Tuscany Bay is a rip off and has horrible management.

Whoever wrote this must have gotten Tuscany Bay confused with another community because #1 there are NO garages at all on the property; not even carports. And #2 Tuscany Bay is open every single Sunday from 1-5 pm.
