In reading some of the other reviews I will say this. Aside from then Office Manager everyone else in the leasing office has been helpful,friendly, Professional and polite. As for the noisey "Ghetto" And otherwise undesireable tenants I concur. Some of the parents allow their children to be disrespectful to otheres property. (yes I have witnessed this) you would think the children would stop what they were doing knowing they were being watched (think again) they acted as if you were minding their business. The breezeway in my building was recently painted, 2 weeks later it looked as if I was walking in College Hill. After God knows how many complaints about "Cujo barking" upstairs until the wee hours of the morning still nothing has been done and god forbid you walk on the grass by the mailboxes you'll have dog crap all over. Although I love animals out of respect for my neighbors I would not have one in apartment. It would be nice if they had the pet owners live in designated buildings. (yeah right!). The apartment complex does offer a great incentive to motivate one to MOVE out and buy a single family home. And yes I would recommend the apartments to others after I have left.
