It seems nice when you first look at it...
I've lived here for a few months. There are constantly doors slamming. Dogs are never on their leashes. Owners let them poop all over the back lawn so that it SMELLS when you come out of your apartment. Neighbors actually pick up the poop in the provided bags and then let them pile up in the bushes outside the apartments. Neighbors upstairs stomp around like elephants and drop things on the floor so it sounds like a war zone.
Look elsewhere.....
