I moved into building 14B in October 06, and I'd still be living there if we didn't buy a house in Carrollwood. My time at Tuscany Bay was nothing less than great. Jane and the entire office staff have done more than go out of their way. If something broke in the apartment, facilities ALWAYS had it fixed by the end of the following business day. I would definitely recommend Tuscany Bay. Parking was NEVER an issue, my neighbors were quiet, and the only bugs I had were some little catapillar-looking things. No roaches, which is a good thing. The only issue I had during my stay was that at the end, my dryer stopped working 3 times within a 2 month period. But once again, facilities was always prompt in coming to fix the problem.
