I have lived here since late 2006. I live in building 10 and I like it very much. I never hear my neighbors, and some of them are young and have friends over frequently (I see and hear them when I'm coming and going in or out of the apartment, but once I'm in my apartment, I hear no noise at all). I have a dog, and we walk only in the dog designated areas, and use the doggie pickup bags provided. I have not noticed a problem with dog waste in non-dog areas, but don't walk around a lot. The pool is nice. The work out room seems sufficient - I have used it several times. People seem nice. There is good security lighting and sufficient parking. The appliances are modern and the apartment has very nice features like garden tub and very ample closet space. Management has been friendly with me; I have no complaints there either. There were a few things that I wish they could have fixed or replaced when I moved in (a burn mark on the countertop border and odd discolorations on the stainless steel sinks in the kitchen), but other than that, I am enjoying living here very much. Westchase is a great part of Tampa to live, and Tuscany Bay has proven, for me, at least, a good value for very nice surroundings.
