I have lived at Tuscany since 2006 and LOVE it. When I first moved in, the office staff was helpful but not particularly friendly. The new manager started a few months later, and has made a HUGE difference. There are monthly 'resident appreciation' parties and a free waffle brunch at the clubhouse every other week. Maintenance issues are taken care of promptly and general complaints are dealt with professionally. Every time I walk into the office, even just to chat, I know that I am home. Reno and the office staff really make Tuscany a great place to live. Being young and from out-of-town, it really helps having people here that I know well and love. They always take care of me. :) The staff here is like my family away from home. Wouldn't live anywhere else!

You obviously work in the office if all you can do is talk about how great the staff at Tuscany Bay is, which could not be further from the truth.
The complex is always dirty. Playground is flooded. Actually, nearly the entire property is flooded. Seems to be going Section 8 or something because the residents have gone downhill. Noise at night, police almost always on the property... Maybe they come for the waffles too... :)
Anyhow, I think its pathetic that the staff comes on here and tries to boost their own ratings. Why not spend the time maintaining the property instead of trying to scam potential renters.
Beware, its not what it seems at Tuscany Bay...

Interesting theory, but you're completely wrong. I don't work in the office. I'm a happy resident who is very thankful for what the people here do for me, which is alot.
As for the section 8 thing, I wouldn't know; I've never lived in section 8 housing, but maybe you know from experience? :) Hmm, that would explain the 'mess'. Maybe you're the reason the complex is supposedly 'always dirty'. My building is nice and clean, my neighbors are friendly and even accpet packages for me when I'm out of town. Doesn't sound like section 8 to me, but who am I to say? After all, you're the section 8 expert, aren't you?
As for the cops, there are courtesy officers on the grounds to keep the property safe. They live here, so yeah, maybe they come for the waffles too.
Now, my fourth and final point: you are a complete dickhead. Would I call you a dickhead if I worked in the office? Surely not. If you don't like it here, move. I hear it doesn't flood much in Nevada. I'm sure whoever your neighbors are, they would be happy to see you go. :)

WOW..PRETTY STRONG WORDS OUT OF TOWNER !! BUT I DO AGREE WITH YOU ABOUT THE OFFICE STAFF. I LIVED AT TUSCANY BAY FOR A YEAR IN 04/05. AFTER LEAVING BEHIND A HOUSE IN N.Y THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIANCE RENTING IN A APT. COMMUNITY. I THINK IT WAS A PRETTY GOOD ONE.I WAS A PAIN IN BUTT A FEW TIMES BITCHING ABOUT EVERYTHING FROM THE BIG ALLIGATER OUT BACK TO THE BUGS IN THE BATHROOM. I SOON LEARNED THAT... WELL THIS IS FLORIDA! EVERYONE WAS GREAT AND WAS NEVER TREATED RUDLY. I FIND THAT IF YOU TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED IT'S ALL GOOD! THE ONLY THING THAT BUGGED ME WAS THE PEOPLE WHO DIDN'T PICK UP AFTER THEIR DOGS. I NEVER LEFT MY HOUSE WITHOUT A PUBLIX BAG TO PICK UP AFTER MY OWN DOG.
