Tuscany bay is the worst facility that i have ever lived in and thats the complete truth.Heres why i say so, 1.living on the second floor i have a very large woman living upstairs and she walks like shes in a constant fit and soon after she moved in she was callin the office for my stereo on and not high at all for a noise complaint at 2:00pm and whining till they had to do something about it .Well they call the police and they come and say the volume i had it on when they came was fine so i everytime i put it on kept it there well she was still whining and whining till they came back and was like i had to turn it down . What a crock that was . Then theres a bunch of kids in this development cause they've got swings here and not much else oh a sand spot for volley ball like were all gonna be dying to play to aluure the families like mine to Tuscany bay and so i have this mobile basket ball set up from our old house i put out in the lot filled the base with water so it dont fall over the kids were playing every day.Well here comes the good ole office telling us we had to take it down and that it couldnt be in the lot so we say were gonna move it to the park area .....ohhh No we wont it cant be anywhere but does not state in a lease that we cant have one so now while kids are playing this fat staff member comes and knocks it over and tells the kids to go home they cant be there . I have NEVER in my life ever seen the stupidity they show here daily and to think here i am every day mopping the hall like it was part of my appartment and when said to the people who are being real #@%$^%$%# she has the audacity to tell me its our responsability to clean that wich is bs or it would be part of our square footage and its not. They dont clean theres bugs there nothing but a whining bunch of no ya cant people and its just a very very lousy enviroment to try and raise kids at and its a shame ......their grown people here .Now maybe if i went and gave the kids a bucket of rocks they'd have something to whine about but its a basketball hoop....dont rent here its a lousy place to live.....lousy

So you don't like it here because they let overweight people move in? Or is it because you have some asinine repungance for volleyball courts? Oh, or is it because they enforce safety standards and don't want your dumbass kids (or someone else's) to get knocked over by a portable baseketball hoop? I have lived here for a year and a half and happen to know that they powerwash the breezeways every couple of months. Maybe you don't notice because you're too busy inside with your stereo. In fact, you probably should move out. You sound like white trash. Nice grammar, by the way. What exactly is the definition of "aluure"?

I live in Building 4 and would like to say I reported the basketball hoop myself! my car was hit twice, the children where playing in the street daily hitting cars, addtionally I fear for the wellfare of the children. If you have kids maybe you should be more concerned with the saftey and liability that come with the hoop instead of a few stains on the steps that are caused from a service we have provided to us at Tuscany. I have lived here for 5 years no apartment complex is going to be perfect, I happen to like the office staff and the ability they to get the job done. If you want a hoop in your backyard then get a backyard to call your own. Move if you wish! FYI your music is Too loud! I wonder about your children and if they will have a hearing issue later on in life I pray not. I think if you read your lease you might find you are wrong about what you can do in the parking lot, it is private property not your property owned by Archon not you. Like I said buy a house and Mop away!!!!!!!!!

There is a basketball court down the road. Have you ever lived in an apartment? No facility lets you put up a basketball court in the parking lot. I would tend to think you'd want to take your kids to a park rather then letting them play in the street.
