Tuscany Bay Apartments

Very Noisy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/2/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   The management was nice and the maintenance personnel were responsive. My two major concerns about this complex are the playground area and the noise. The playground equipment is rusting and there is poor upkeep of the grounds surrounding the playground. The apartment was extremely noisy. I could hear my upstairs neighbors when they walked across the floor, played with their dog, or flushed the toilet. Our bedroom was next to the stairs, and we could hear the stairs shake whenever someone walked up the stairs. Our bedroom literally shook when anyone would run up the stairs. To be fair, people in some buildings in the complex had little noise issues. I can only speculate that these buildings were built with better materials.
