University Oakwoods is probably the worst place I've ever lived. With the constant drug activity, and the prostitutes parading around day and night, the barage of police cars flowing through the place daily, and the hurrendous roach problem...the buildings are in shambles and there is no such thing as a feeling of security.

Yes, the place is cheap... Well, there is a reason for that!
