If you would like to live in a roach infested, drug dealing community...this is the place for you! The management "pretends" to care about your needs, but in actuality, they don't. The roaches are so bad that they even drop down into your bags to go along with you when you leave the house! The roaches are mutants! You have to use a half a can of raid just to kill one roach.

Pest control' What pest control'' They don't even show up when you do request them. If they do, they sprinkle some "insecticide" then tell you..."expect some movement." Like you haven't seen "movement" from the beginning.

Their rent is cheap for a reason...THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN! Don't think you are going to get a place that looks like the model....HA HA HA! I thought I was getting a new model only to end up in a roach infested, dry rotted, nasty place.

Please don't waste your time coming here. The manager talks a good game about trying to eliminate the drugs within the community, but she lies. I had a crack house right down stairs from me. There were tons and tons of crack addicts rotating in and out of that apartment.

There are also tons of people that hang out outside smoking weed all day. When you wake up or go to bed, they are outside smoking weed. GET THE HELL OUT WHILE YOU CAN! This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE! If you want to have candlelit dinners with roaches....come to this place. Otherwise, keep searching.

I didn't even stay here for a month!
