Hello my name is Maria and this is the worst place i have ever lived in let me tell you. Even though they claim to spray roaches just magically appear outta nowhere. There is nothing but gangbangers and prostitutes here. You can make no friends here. NONE! I tried to make a friend and you know what happened' That B***H named Corey Forrester robbed my home in 9/05 and he was part of the maintence crew. And they still dont care if his a** is seen on property. There is nothing but weed and coke floating around here and i am so glad i am moving and I will blow this whole scam out the water! I wasnt even here long when i moved here in 2004 and everybody wanna get what u got. When something gets broken u cant count on maintence to fix it. My light had been broken for almost the whole time ive been here and i have complained but i guess they too busy getting high to deal with my problems. U dont wanna stay here. They always what to shut something off to fix something else that was just recently noted but not what u waited almost 2 years to get fixed. This place is a hellhole and is not worth the clothes off ur back to keep. Yall need to be smart and not rent at this place unless you just some crackhead then u can just sleep with the roaches. And these people here dont care what their kids do. They rowdy, disrespectful and hateful brats. They would pull a knife on u for a TicTac. And most these kids act so grown its crazy. This 16 year old MF made sexual advances at me. Its disgusting. And dont get me started on these pervs here. The rules they have just dont cut it. They dictators. If u care for your safety and the safety of your kids move somewhere else! For real. Nobody should be scared to tell the truth here. You need to check theses reviews before you ever move to a place. Learn from those who experienced it.

I see things changing here with the new gaurd service and that the staff seen to try to get things turned around for the better since itds been over 3 years before we have seen someone come into this place to make good changes

What guard service???Oh you mean the one that drives thru like he's driving thru burger king drive thru..he probably takes more time in BKs drive thru then he does here!And don't call them at 3 am when the music is blasting your ears off and then you have to get up at 6am to go to work but the cokeheads get to sleep in,what the hell kinda bulls**t is that!Don't rent here,I swear on my moms grave this place should be shut down!It is a mennace to your life!

This is to Anonymous thats why im never gonna rent there again. Its been years since a crackhead punk ass that they had hired broke into my place and im just saying watch your backs.
