I moved into these apartments assuming that they would be everything that i was promised but they weren't. Two weeks before my walkthrough and lease signing was supposed to be done, i called to see if we could see our apartment, and the lady said that the maintenance people were painting, so it would be two days and then we could see it. Every time i called, it was a different story, and i didn't get to see the apartment until the day i moved in so i walked into an apartment that had nasty carpet, roaches everywhere, a duct tape window, and nasty appliances. I was also told that i could get a pet after i moved in, and that i could pay the deposit when i got him. I went into the leasing office when i got him, and they said that they are no longer accepting new pets, so i put in a two month notice and am moving out. Also, the pool is closed, the weight room is broken, the clubhouse is under construction, our buildings are very poorly painted, and they were just painted a week and a half ago. If i gave my ten year old brother some cans of paint and a spray gun, he could do a better job. The laundry center is horrible, the machines eat your money, it takes three cycles to dry your clothes, and there are a lot of drug dealers in our building and in all of the buildings. Outside of the complex isn't safe either since i have physically been grabbed and almost pulled into guy's trucks three times. All the leasing office says is "we will have CPS make sure their vehicle description doesn't get in here, but the gate never works, and neither do the CPS workers. The CPS workers often make sure that residents cannot get into the complex, even though the residents have gate cards. So don't do it. You are paying for all of the things that you aren't getting...like the gate, weight room, pool, clubhouse, etc.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I rented here!If I did I would have run all the way back to Miami without stopping..I hate this place and can't wait to get outta this hell!And I am 57 years old!DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!I PROMISE YOU WILL BE LUCKY TO GET OUT ALIVE AND IF YOU DO
