I've been at University Oakwoods for a year now. It wasn't the best that I could do at the time, and it was a bit shabby. But since that time, I've been observing significant changes around the commmunity and in the class of neighbors too! It's a good deal for the money and a good temporary dwelling (unless this is all one can afford.) Maintenance does respond in a timely manner and the exterminator services shows remarkable differences (that depends on your neighbors' cleanliness too!!!!)
