This was my very first apartment and I thought that I was getting a good deal but little did I know. The place is horrible. This place is Roach infested, prostitution based, drug city for all the dealers and users. Dont be fooled, Management and the security there is also involved with the drug activities, that is why they let it happen on that property. Not too mention there are a couple of Sex offenders living there, trust me, I know, I signed up for the Florida Sex offender notification service. They let almost anyone in there. And the manangement staff there is very rude. -----is a total A-hole. I had to get the heck out of there. I even left a month before my lease was up and paid the last months rent and paid the first months rent in my new apartment.Yeah I was broke but I was happy to be out of there. Thats how desperate I was to break FREE!!! So if you decide to live there anyway, I HOPE YOU DONT. Make sure you look over your lease very carefully because they will try everyway possible to screw you when its time to move out. I paid a security deposit to a young lady and when i moved out they switched it around and said that it was an administrative fee and that I would not get it back. SO BEWARE!!! YOU ARE IN FOR A SCARE!!!
