This place is a real crap hole but for the rent it beats a lot of places. For a student with a limited budget, I can save more money to acutally have a life as I can pay for the place with a part time job. Yeah the place is old and looks dirty, but I have not had a problem with bugs. I also think the complex is as safe as it can be given the neighborhood. I think the management is pretty lame and it takes them forever to fix things -- I'm still waiting for the gate to work -- they said 2 weeks after I moved in 6 mos ago. If you want luxurious living move to tampa palms and pay 1000/mo for a place.
