I have been a tenant at this property for about 9 years. It has undergone many chnages in my time. The new management has made a lot of good changes and is striving hard to get the community up to standard. Maitnence is not one of the strong points but threre are a lot of people to take care of. I think that if the management works a little harder they will suceed a little more and please more tenants. For the price you pay here it is deff worth any penny.

I think this is probably one of the office peolpe!This place sucks and I can't wait to get the hell outta here!It is the worst place ever.Alot of people you say??That is so not true,half this place is empty..you can't get decent renters in here even if you rent an apt.for $100.00 a month!There are people here that think they have the right to smoke dope right out in the open..you don't have to buy dope,just stand out your door and you will get high even if you don't smoke!I bet it has gone through many changes..like from bad to worse???There has been nothing but negative feedback on this property dating way back,so who's telling the truth the 2 positive reviews or the 20 something negative reviews??Please if you are a decent law abiding citizen...DONOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!RUN DON'T WALK AND DON'T LOOK BACK!
