When I was first planning to move to Tampa, and therefore looking for a place to stay, I ran accross the pretty good price offered by University Oakwoods. However, right after reading the reviews my excitement was gone, since there were some really bad revews written about this place. Nevertheless, I decided to give it a try and I am more than happy that I did it.
I've been living here for a year, and I am currently planning to sign my contract for the second year with them. Yes, at first I had some problems with bugs and my A/C unit wasn't working properly. But very soon I got rid of all the pests and found the maintenance very helpfull here. The best thing I want to tell you about this place is that management is continuously working on improving everything around here. In a year I had my old frig and oven replaced, maintenance being more and more responsive day after day. Now they have finalized their work on the limited access system to the complex, which is going to allow only certain people to enter here.
Overall, I would recomment this place to everyone who doesn't really look for a 5-star accomodation, but looks for a little, comfortable and affordable temporary place to live at.
