University Oakwoods is a nice place to live, especially for people who want to save money. I think it is the cheapest place in Tampa. Even though the place is reported not be safe, security system of University Oakwoods works perfectly and there is nothing to worry about. My family and I used to go to the park located nearby in the late evenings, and we didn't face any problems related to safety.

Schools, main road, stores and restaraunts are located very conviniently. The only problem I had is lots of bugs and mosquitoes, but the management works toward eliminating this problem. The management is friendly and humanistic, ...if you have some issues they will try to resolve them in the best way.
