As a previous reviewer stated, this is a great place to live if you don't have car. I rode my bike or took the city bus to and from USF, I walked across the way to do my grocery shopping at Kash N' Karry, and then I would proceed to the mall via bike to my job. Very ideal, for a college student.
The dislikes are small, yet tolerable. My fridge kept having to be replaced, the doors on the closets were ALWAYS going off track and the management is always MIA--Missing In Action. Another dislike is that all units (studios, 1 bed, 2 bed) have one AC wall unit, like the one's that you see in hotel rooms. I had a 1 bed, and the unit was in the living area...I would always be burning up in the bedroom, while the front room stayed cool. Eventually I got an AC from Sears and installed it in the bedroom window...that's how inefficient the single AC unit is in cooling the living space in it's entirety.
Quiet area, neighbors are nice and property is kept clean. Recommended for students who do not want to pay on campus housing prices, but would like to live near campus.
