As some of the other reviewers stated, yes, it's a great place to live if you don't want to drive, but other than that, it was absolutely nightmarish. I had a terrible time getting someone to fix things. My AC unit went out in the middle of a Florida summer, and it took them three days just to come by to look at the unit, only to tell me that they couldn't get it fixed 'til the next day. One time, we had a power surge that messed up every single appliance I own. I had a really bad bug infestation because the bugs were coming through a hole on the floor in the bathroom that never got fixed. Also, the switch to my bathroom light went out, and they NEVER came by to fix it despite numerous requests, so in order to turn on and off the lights I had to screw the lightbulb in and out for the last three months of my rent. The place is falling apart and the living conditions are atrocious. If that wasn't bad enough, the management is almost NEVER in their office, so it's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone. And they had the audacity to keep a portion of my security deposit, to boot. I would never go back to living here, and certainly never recommend this place to anyone.
