No problems

Honestly, I have no serious complaints. It was my first apartment, and while in the beginning I felt unsure about my decision, I grew to like the place. No, it wasn't the most well-constructed: the buildings were old, no doubt about it. Having come from the suburbs, it took some getting used to. But nevertheless, I like knicks and scuffs and scratches; I find it charming.
I got along fine with the manager, who was the second one since I moved in. She was kind and helpful. The maintenance guy was nice, also. If I had a concern, he took care of it promptly. I didn't have any serious maintenance problems, though, no broken AC, fridge, or sink. I realize that not everyone is so lucky.
I rarely if ever felt unsafe here. There's a Sweetbay across the street, as well as Hollywood Video, Staples, Panera, and down the street is the University Square Mall. As a USF student, I took full advantage of the shuttle stops right at the lip of the property, or just rode my bike.
So why did I move' Honestly, because a studio was too cramped for me after a year, and I also wanted to live around more students.
