Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
the window unit a/c barely works. there are openings in the floors where the water heaters are. all kinds of wild cats. the maintenance guy spends most of his day in the apartment of a married woman with her young child. the outlets do not plug securely (BIG fire hazard.) Not all of the outlets work. for a few weeks the grass will be cut regularly then i guess they go on vacation. NO ONE picks up their dog poop. the only up side is it's close to everything. not worth the money. their prices need to come down i now live in a 2br 2ba w/den for 730.00 cable and water incl. in a nice part of brandon near bloomingdale. university square is WAY overpriced.
