I've lived here a year. Maintance sucks for one, they never come when you need them. Management- if you lived here a while they don't care about you anymore unless you make a stink about something. You need to inspect really well before u go in cause right now we have mold, crappy bathtub, carpet was stained when we came in, and the A/C is rusty. My allergies are REALLY bad living here. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE! Anywhere would be better then here. Living in your car would be better then here. Back of the apartment building worst then front. They pretty up the front by repainting speedbumps and curbs, but in the back do absolutely nothing of the sort.

When we first moved in they still had model things in the apt, and we started moving our stuff in. They took out the model stuff and OUR stuff! Bookbags and stuff! And we never got some of the things back like a prescription mouthwash that my fiance needs. got our bookbags back, but if Maintance is that stupid and stuff does that tell u something' Also, The carpet is brown, not new. Where funiture would be, the carpet is PINK, so I'm thinking the original color was pink. The model rug left a big square in the middle of the carpet from the sun, the A/C flooded twice, ants are always coming into our house, the neighbor's house was egged on halloween and the egg is still on the door, the neighbors are rude and unconsiderate. This place needs to be bought by someone else or be torn down.
My friend lived here in the early 80's when he was a kid, the toliet fell through the roof of his townhouse cause of leaks. The leaks here my roommate fixed because they came like 3 days after we reported and we have to pay water for goodness sakes.
The dumpsters are always OVERfilled and people start throwing it next to the dumpsters, they remodel one side of the complex and not the other. I went to a friend's friend's apartment and their's was SOOOOO much nicer then ours! We are moving away from here.
If u want a crappy place, come here, if u want someplace that WON'T fall apart- go elsewhere!
