Okay, and close to USF

It is hard to be enthusiastic about any apartments. Campus Walk serves your needs, especially if you are a student at USF! The thing is, like any place, you have to be proactive about keeping the place in good shape: tell management your complaints, and keep telling them if they seem a little slow about fixing it.
The main minus is that they are about to jump the rent up $125 dollars per month! Get yourself a move-in special.
And folks, if bugs show up, remember this is Florida, clean your place up, and insist on pesticide. They will treat the place for you.
