So i know this place used to have a lot of issues. Since I ve been here (May 2009) its shaped up a lot. First off the location is great seeing as its right across the street from USF and its on the Bull Runner route. I walk to class everyday its not raining. The community is really cool. Parties at the pool, everyone is really chill. Its really quiet for the most part since school started again. After looking around the area they were the cheapest a 2 bedroom, 2 bath anywhere. Townhome style which is cool, you can have ppl downstairs and your bedrooms are upstairs. They have a separate door for your roommate as well. It may take a day or two for the maintenance guys to come in and fix your problem but they do fix it and that s better than the fix it yourself routine. The office staff is great and they really try to help you when you re in a bind. They also have community parties with raffles and free food once a month. I had my doubts at times but since new management has come in its really shaping up and i really like the community it is.
