Great community! Wonderful location, nice neighborhood and good administration. There are 2 problems though: poor sound insulation and maintenance regarding ceiling repairs. If your neighbor is really noisy inside his/her apartment, there seem to be no rules to stop this whatsoever! You might spend the night hoping that the laud music would finally let you fall asleep... Regarding the maintenance of the ceilings in the apartment: since the repairs are not well done and not in time, the problems of water leakeage arise again and again...

Worse place to live, the let anybody and everybody to sign a lease without bacground checks. So if you are wanted by athorities this is the best place to hide, new management has turned this place into section 8 housing. Rude management that do not know how to communicate or solve your problems. Waring do not attempt to lease these appartment or if you are desperate just drive my there for a week and i garuntee you that you will see police cars atlease two or three times attesting someone.
