The Vinings is a nice, charming little community in New Tampa. I generally had a positive experience living here. It is a bit pricey, but the place is fancy, the units are fancy and quite spacious. The pool and hot tub area is stunning. The complex has a fountain and it is very beautiful. Most of the residents here a nice and quiet. We did have a problem with a few college kids that moved here who thought they were living in Ybor City. They had constant parties and made tons of noise for about six months. They did leave their lease early; I am not sure it they were booted or left on their own accord. They really didn?t fit in here, but I don?t think the management, which are generally professional, good people, fully appreciated the gravity of the situation. Another drawback is that it is in the boonies: near the country. The commute to the center of town is a long, traffic-ridden trek, which is why I am moving out. I should also mention that there were a rash of break-ins to cars and garages.
It is near a Winn Dixie, which is a really awful chain, and a Publix. The Hunters Green neighborhood is generally affluent and family-oriented. The place is usually quiet and peaceful. It is very close to good bike-riding and jogging trails. The building is new and well-constructed. I would recommend the Vinings for someone looking for a nice, attractive community.
