I live here now for over a year and must say that the apartment complex is well maintained and kept clean. It's also a nice place considering that updates to the apartments seem to be not to far in the future. The price is relatively inexpensive for a one bedroom in comparison to other complexes in the New Tampa area and the staff are wonderful people......no college brats with attitudes. Finding no problems with grounds, apartments and the staff, I do have a problem with the people they let into this place. First off, there's no control to who comes and goes. I see constantly people coming in and out, especially on the weekends. This leads me to my next point, the tenants have no regards for noise. On the weekends they bring their friends over and have discussions in the middle of the parking lot at 3 in the morning(everywhere). In fact there have been times when the police had to come to break up the noise levels. Tenants are cosistently playing their music loud at all hours of night both in their apartments and while parking their cars.
So there it is, good place, nice staff and clean, but the neighbors are inconsiderate, and loud. I guess that's what happens when one rents to low class white trash and college kids.

a little harsh with your words don't you think? it sounds like you should be living in an old folks complex then you won't have to worry about "white trash college kids"
