I have very much enjoyed my time here and would stay, except it is just to far away from where I work. I have not have very many maintainence concerns, but they were handled promptly when I did. Parking is excellent, except if I come home late, but even then it is still very near by my door. The community feels safe, with lots of families and children. The grounds are very well kept.

My only complaints are that my apartment was full of sugar ants last fall. They sprayed for them for me, but the buggers kept coming back. And other residents do not do a good job cleaning up after thier dogs around the mailbox. My upstairs neighbors must be elephants, because I hear them stomping around in the evening. Traffic in this part of town can be a pain depending on where you work, but there is a ton of restaurants and stores that are super easy to get to.

Overall, I wish I was not moving. I would recommend this apartment highly!
