I used to live here 2 years ago. I recently moved back only to find that things have changed drastically. The mainenance is terrible. There was pubic hair and crud in the bathroom. The kitchen cabinets were rotted an stained. The carpet came apart with one vaccuming. I alerted maintenance to these issues which were never taken care of. Recently I was charged 800.00 for "repairs" to the aforementioned issue which were present when I moved in. There are also gaping holes in some stairwell ceilings, specifically in building 8. Despite a no aggressive breed policy that is not inforced as there are pitbulls and boxers that run around off leash. So if you have a dog that you want to keep safe, forget about this place. Not to mention the endless piles of dog crap everywhere. Also there is no privacy. If you move here expect to have the management come into your home once a month for random inspections. I couldn't believe that this was the same place I enjoyed jsut two years ago! Don't move here customer service has diminished.
PS expect random rent increases as well.
