Had water damage in the two apartments I have lived in here. Water leaking through light fixture in closet. Tiles fell out of master bathroom shower-TWICE. They did a shotty job the first time. No pool the past month- IN the summer. It seems as though they try to find the cheapest people to work on their buildings. The cardio equipment in the gym stinks. Not a horrible place but they definately need to re-do all their apartments. Nothing "Hunter's Green" about it quality wise.

The Pool has been not been accesible for a few weeks but thats because its being completely redone. Its getting resurfaced and all the lounging chairs are being replaced as well. I have called and asked about that problem and was explained exactly why ts been closed, the people at the front office are all so nice and genuine. I have lived here for years and I wold certainly recomend this place to any person looking for an aparment that feels like home. Maintenance is always on time, and if there is a delay they always call and explain. Honestly I couldnt have asked for a better place to live, It is not a resort... but I have always recieved supurb service since I've in.
