Waterford at Cypress Lake

The managment SUCKS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008 1 response   I've lived here for four years and every time I've called the office to have something fixed they never relay the message. My oven didnt work for alomst two yrs before they replaced it and now my microwave is going crazy and they havent replace that either. One time the bathroom sink knob was broke and water was pooring out and they took 2 days to fix it. i have to wait till i go home for my lunch break to see a maintenance guy and tell them what i need and only then would anything get done. These apartments have always been roach infested and their so called exterminators come and only spray the two vents in the living room. And one time one of the maitenance guys came to fix my frig. and he was DRUNK. The staff in the front office are rude and act like they are running a prison. One lady i wont tell you her name but it starts with a M is like the warden and i think shes a racest. For the first three yrs i was here i didnt have no problem. Now that this lady is here she has done nothing but find reasons to pick on me and shes done it to one of my other neighbors. Once that woman Mrs. M has it in for you she will only stress you out. I didnt move from here because its afordable and I'm a single parent and crestwood is an awsome A school. But now that this lady is herassing me i'm being forced to move. Just like many other neighbors. The lights in the back of the complex are always out and there are alot of stolen cars from here as well. And im sorry but i've found cheaper and nicer apartments in the ghetto. I guess i've stayed due to convience ( i guess the saying is true you get what you pay for)but sometimes the lord forces change on you for the best. So long Waterford.
