It took 9 months to get the air conditioner replaced- AFTER the moisture had ruined many items (i.e., wallpaper curled). Refrigerator water line has busted continually because they replace it with plastic tubing. The vents are horrendous- clean soot off the ceiling monthly and change the air filter weekly. Interior air flow unit has leaked into apartment for the entire time I have lived here. Garbage overflows the unit continually. Management rents to people with large dogs and my dog was attacked by a pit bull that jumped from a residents truck two months ago. Toilets cannot have paper flushed in them or they back-up. Mold came through the walls two months into my lease- perchance it was there before (')! Police have been to my neighbor's twice weekly for several months and people are coming in and out for "brief" stays---obviously trafficing.
Two weeks ago I came home and saw that the apartment had a new name-no notification. This place is scary. The main attraction was access to busline- that could not have been more convenient- but that does not come near what I needed to stay. There are serious systemic problems here- renter beware!

OK, what a joke. This person says they change their air filter weekly? No one does this that often, not even smokers. Sorry, this exaggeration proves whoever wrote this has no credibility in my book. I will admit, however, I have not lived at this property, just had a friend who did. Seemed Ok.
