Didn't get a chance to live here.Called in morning letting them know that I wanted the apartment that I had loooked at the day before. (It was still available) I told them I couldn't make it in until after work (be there at 2:00PM). They said that was fine. Showed up at 1:50PM and they had just rented the apartment and nothing else was available. That isn't the way I like to do business. They didn't let me know it was first come first serve. So if they treat me this way as a customer what happens when I am in a lease for 12 months' I don't know because I'm not waiting to find out. (These ratings aren't mine they came up on screen and the choices don't fit my problem)

THIS IS FLORIDA AND APARTMENT'S GO FAST IN GOOD COMMUNITIES.THAT'S WHY APARTMENTS LET YOU PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT, "TO HOLD IT FOR YOU"

Your review SUCKS, because you have actually NEVER lived there. I have been living at Waters Edge for the last 2 years and the only complaint I have is the my rest just jumped up $60 when I renewed my contract. The office staff is very friendly. Whenever something breaks they come to fix it almost right away and the grounds are ALWAYS clean. I have lived in Tampa for 12 years so trust me when I say this is a great place to live. And I don't work for them by the way.
